我国转基因食品标识制度完善对策

Countermeasures for Improving the Labeling System of Genetically Modified Food in China

  • 摘要: 在转基因食品争议越来越大的今天,为保护我国利益,保护消费者知情权及选择权,完善我国转基因食品标识制度十分重要。本文综述了世界范围内主要国家(地区)的转基因食品标识制度,结合我国目前转基因食品标识制度现状,从标识目录范围、阈值设置以及阴性标识管理等方面提出建议和对策。

     

    Abstract: It is important to improve the labeling system of genetically modified foods (GM foods) in order to protect the interests of our country and the right to know and choice of consumer. Suggestions were made from the aspects of labeling catalog scope, threshold setting and negative labeling management by comparing the GM foods labeling system in the major countries (regions) and analyzing the present situation of labeling system in China.
