Research progress in the process technology of removal of cadmium from rice

  • 摘要: 基于目前大米镉污染现状以及大米脱镉加工的相关研究,本文综述了大米脱隔加工技术分别在物理法、化学法和生物法中的发展,并展望了大米脱镉加工的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: In this article, it was reviewed that the development of rice processing technology in physical method, chemical method and biological method, as well as cadmium pollution status of rice in China. In addition, the future development about rice processing of cadmium removal was prospected.
