副溶血弧菌耐药及其机制的研究进展

Research progress of the drug-resistance and its mechanism of Vibrio parahaemolyticus

  • 摘要: 副溶血弧菌是引起食源性疾病的主要致病菌之一,也给水产品养殖业造成重大经济损失。临床和养殖业者一般使用抗菌药物治疗副溶血弧菌引起的感染,但由于抗菌药物的不规范使用,导致耐药性副溶血弧菌的大量出现。耐药性副溶血弧菌可以通过食物链传播给人类,严重威胁人民群众的食品安全和身体健康。目前,文献报道关于副溶血弧菌耐药谱分析的较多,但关于耐药基因和相关移动元件、耐药机理的研究较少。本文综述了世界上多个国家副溶血弧菌耐药性的情况及其耐药机理的研究现状,并对发展前景进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: Vibrio parahaemolyticus is one of the major foodborne pathogens and lead great economic losses to the aquaculture. Antimicrobial agents used in vast quantities in clinical and agriculture for the treatment of infection caused by V. parahaemolyticus. However, for the reasons of abuse of antibiotics, multidrug-resistant V. parahaemolyticus is increasing. The spreading of V. parahaemolyticus from food chain to human brings a serious threat to food safety and health of public. At present, the report about multidrug-resistance of V. parahaemolyticus mainly focus on the analysis of drug-resistance profiles, and less on the resistance genes, mobile elements and mechanism. In this article, we summarized the antibiotic resistance and its mechanism of V. parahaemolyticus in various countries, and made an analysis of its prospect.
