虾保活运输的关键技术及装备研究进展

Research progress on key technologies and equipment for live transportation of shrimp

  • 摘要: 鲜活水产品在水产市场上占据了重要的地位,保活运输是鲜活水产品供应链中的重要环节。本文具体介绍了目前虾类有水保活运输和无水保活运输的方法,针对有水、无水保活运输的关键技术环节进行了阐述与分析,并结合最新专利成果就目前虾类保活运输的技术装备进行了介绍,分析了虾类保活运输中存在的问题,并对其前景进行了思考与展望。

     

    Abstract: Live aquatic products play an important position in the aquatic market and live transportation is pretty important in the supply chain of liveaquatic products. The paper introduced various methods, key technologies and latest equipment of waterand waterless live transportation of shrimp, analyzed the problems of current live transportation process and put forward the outlook of shrimp live transportation.
