胶红酵母胞外多糖的抗疲劳作用

Antifatigue effect of extracellular polysaccharide from Rhodotorula mucilaginosa

  • 摘要: 将小鼠随机分成正常对照组(生理盐水)、胶红酵母多糖高(100 mg/kg·bw)、中(50 mg/kg·bw)和低(25 mg/kg·bw)剂量组,连续灌胃10 d后,通过小鼠负重游泳实验,记录小鼠力竭游泳时间,并测定小鼠运动后血清中尿素氮(BUN)、血乳酸(BLA)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的水平以及肝脏中的丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的水平,考察胶红酵母胞外多糖的抗疲劳作用。结果表明,胶红酵母胞外多糖可以极显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间(p<0.01),负重游泳后与正常组相比,血清中BUN的含量显著降低(高剂量组p<0.01,中、低剂量组p<0.05),BLA的含量也显著降低(高剂量组p<0.01,中剂量组p<0.05),血清中LDH的活性明显提高(高剂量组p<0.05),肝脏中MDA的含量显著下降(高、中、低剂量组p<0.05),SOD活力显著提高(高剂量组p<0.01,中剂量组p<0.05),CAT活性极显著提高(高、中、低剂量组p<0.01),GPH-Px活力显著提高(高剂量组p<0.01,中、低剂量组p<0.05)。说明胶红酵母胞外多糖具有抗疲劳的作用。

     

    Abstract: The mice were randomly divided into normal control group (physiological saline), Rhodotorula mucilaginosa polysaccharide high dose group (100 mg/kg·bw), medium dose group (50 mg/kg·bw), low dose group (25 mg/kg·bw), continuous intragastric administration after 10 days, the swimming time of mice was recorded by exhausted swimming test, and the level of serum urea nitrogen (BUN), blood lactate (BLA)and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)levels and the determination of malondialdehyde in the liver (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT)and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px). The aim was to investigate the antifatigue effect of extracellular polysaccharide from Rhodotorula mucilaginosa. The results showed that extracellular polysaccharide could significantly prolong the swimming time of mice (p<0.01). Compared with the normal group, serum BUN level decreased significantly (p<0.01 for high dose group, p<0.05 for medium and low dose groups), BLA content also decreased significantly (p<0.01 for high dose group, p<0.05 for medium dose group), LDH activity was significantly increased (p<0.05 for high dose group), the content of the MDA in liver decreased significantly (p<0.05 for high, medium and low dose groups), SOD activity increased significantly (p<0.01 for high dose group, p<0.05 for middle dose group), CAT activity was significantly increased (p<0.01 for high, medium and low dose groups)and GPH-Px activity was significantly increased (p<0.01 for high dose group, p<0.05 for medium and low dose groups). Rhodotorula mucilaginosa extracellular polysaccharide had anti-fatigue effect.
