植物黄酮醇提取方法研究进展

Research progress on the extraction methods of flavonols in plants

  • 摘要: 黄酮醇是自然界中重要的天然色素及生物活性物质之一,在食品及保健品开发中发挥着重要作用。了解植物黄酮醇提取技术的最新研究进展对于有效获取植物黄酮醇并促进其在相关领域的应用具有重要意义。本文综述了近年来国内外有关植物黄酮醇提取的不同方法,对不同提取方法的工作原理及其优缺点进行了剖析,并对本领域后续发展方向进行展望,以期为植物生物活性物质分离提取及应用研究提供理论依据及技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Flavonols,as an important group of natural pigments and bioactive substances in nature,play an important role in the development of food and health care products.Understanding the latest research progress on the extraction of flavonols in plants is of great significance to the effective access of plant flavonols and to promote its application in the related research fields.In this paper,the extraction methods of plant flavonols at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed,the working mechanism, the merits and limitations of each extraction method were analyzed. And the follow-up research trend in this research field wasprospected,in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the isolation,extraction and application of such bioactive substances in plants.
