超声辅助提取牡丹果皮中甾醇的工艺优化

Optimization of ultrasonic asssisted extraction of phytosterol from Paeonia suffruticosa Pericarp

  • 摘要: 本文研究了超声功率、液料比、超声时间对牡丹果皮中的甾醇提取效果的影响,并用三因素三水平正交实验对超声辅助提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明,牡丹果皮甾醇的最佳提取工艺条件组合为:超声功率为300 W,液料比30:1,提取时间60 min,该条件下的甾醇得率为0.495%±0.001%。与普通醇提法的甾醇得率(0.439%±0.004%)相比,超声处理能够显著(p<0.05)提高牡丹果皮的甾醇得率。

     

    Abstract: The ultrasonic method was used to extract the phytosterol from Paeonia suffruticosa pericarp. The ultrasonic power,the ratio of liquid to solid and the ultrasonic extraction time were assessed. A three-factor three-level orthogonal test was applied to optimize the ultrasonic extraction conditions. The results showed that the yield of phytosterol 0.495%±0.001% extracted with the optimal extraction conditions:ultrasonic power 300 W,liquid to solid ratio 30 mL/g and ultrasonic time 60 min was significant higher than the yield of phytosterol 0.439%±0.004% with the ethanol extraction conditions(p<0.05).
