Polysaccharides accumulation pattern and character analysis in Lentinus edodes

  • 摘要: 香菇是重要的药食两用真菌,主要通过袋料栽培进行生产。本文研究了袋料栽培过程中不同茬期香菇多糖含量及分子量的差异,并分析了不同茬期香菇多糖的体外抗氧化能力。结果表明,第一茬香菇中多糖含量和分子量均为最高,分别为5.46%、1018 kDa,而第三茬香菇多糖含量和分子量最低;抗氧化实验表明,不同茬期香菇多糖的抗氧化能力存在一定的差异,其中第一茬香菇多糖具有较强的DPPH自由基清除力,第二茬香菇多糖具有极强的羟基自由基清除力,而第三茬香菇多糖的Fe3+还原力和总抗氧化能力较高。本文对于不同茬期香菇多糖的含量及特性分析为其开发应用提供了一定的理论基础。

     

    Abstract: Lentinus edodes is a main medicinal and edible fungus,which is produced mainly through the cultivation of sawdust medium. We compared the differences in the content and molecular weight of lentinan for different batches,and analyzed their antioxidant capacity. The results showed that the lentinan of the first batch had the highest content and molecular weight,with 5.46% and 1018 kDa respectively,while the third batch had the lowest. In the antioxidant capacity,lentinan of different batches showed different antioxidant capacity. The DPPH free radical scavenging ability of the first batch was the strongest,and the hydroxyl radical scavenging ability of the second batch was the strongest,while the Fe3+ reducing power and total antioxidant capacity of the third batch was slightly higher than that of the first and second batch. This paper would provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of lentinan in different batches.
