振动胁迫对杏果实超微结构的影响

  • 摘要: 为了研究振动胁迫对杏果实细胞超微结构影响,以新疆"赛买提"杏为试材,模拟汽车运输过程,研究不同振动时间和包装方式对杏果实超微结构的影响。结果表明,随着贮藏时间延长,振动胁迫会加快杏果实采后贮藏期间细胞壁及各类细胞器的破坏。同时,有网套包装能更好地保持杏果实细胞壁和叶绿体、线粒体、液泡等细胞器结构形态。说明网套包装能减缓振动胁迫对杏果实细胞的损伤,较好地保持杏果实细胞结构完整性。 

     

    Abstract: The effect of simulating transportation vibration stress on the cell ultrastructure of “Saimaiti ”apricot fruits was researched in this paper. Xinjiang “Saimaiti ”apricot fruits as experimental materials, the transportation process by car was simulated.The effects of different vibration time and different packaging methods on the ultrastructure were studied.The results showed that the vibration stress accelerated the destruction of the cell wall and the cell organelles of apricot fruits during the storage.At the same time, the net shell packaging could better maintain the cell wall and chloroplast, mitochondria, vacuoles and other organelles structure.It suggested that the foam-net package could reduce the damage of the fruit cells by vibration stress, and the integrity of the cell structure of apricot fruit could be better maintained.
