辣木新资源食品研究进展

Advance of Moringa oleifera food as a new resource

  • 摘要: 辣木是原产于印度北部的喜马拉雅南侧的山区,为辣木科辣木属的多年生热带植物,其富含蛋白质、维生素以及各类矿物质元素等营养成分。本文结合辣木本身的营养价值,食用功能以及可能带来的相关产业的发展,以国家卫生部批准辣木叶为新资源食品为契机,综述辣木作为新资源食品的国内外研究现状,并对国内辣木资源的食品研究开发进行展望。 

     

    Abstract: Moringa oleifera is native to the northern India on the south side of the Himalayas mountain area, which is belong to the Moringa genus, the perennial tropical plant. It is rich in nutrient content, including protein, vitamins and a variety of minerals.Based on the approval by Ministry of Health for regarding Moringa leaf as a new resource food, the paper was aimed to combine its nutrition value, edible function and development of related industries to analyze present research status of Moringa leaf and development prospect of its being a new resource food.
