海洋生物活性物质主要功能特性的研究进展

Research progress on the main functional characteristics of marine bioactive substances

摘要: 海洋中蕴藏着丰富的生物资源,海洋生物作为独特生物活性物质的重要来源,其主要功能特性逐渐受到研究学者的关注。本文主要介绍了海洋生物活性物质在抗菌、抗氧化、抗心血管疾病、抗癌、神经保护、抗炎、抑制肥胖与益生元活性等方面的功能特性,并对其未来的开发前景进行展望。

Abstract: There are abundant of biological resources in the sea. As one of the bioactive substances resource, the functional characteristics of marine creatures were gradually emphasized by researchers.In this paper, the main functional characteristics of marine bioactive substances, such as antibacterial, antioxidant, anticardiovascular disease, cancer-prevention, neuroprotection, anti-inflammatory, obesity-prevention and prebiotic activity, etc, were introduced respectively. Moreover, the future development of marine bioactive substances was also prospected.
