新型液体婴儿配方乳对小鼠免疫功能的影响

Effect of new liquid infant formula milk on mouse's immunity function

  • 摘要: 本文研究新型液体婴儿配方乳对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响,利用腹腔注射环磷酰胺制备免疫抑制小鼠模型,将昆明小鼠分为5组,每组10只,经口灌胃给予小鼠0、1、2、4 g/kg·bw新型液体婴儿配方乳连续喂养28 d。分别对小鼠免疫器官脏体比值、刺激指数、抗体生成细胞情况、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、NK细胞活性进行探讨。与模型对照组相比,高、中剂量组能显著增加(p<0.05)小鼠刺激指数、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬、小鼠NK细胞活性,各剂量组能显著增加(p<0.05)小鼠肝脏和胸腺指数、抗体细胞的OD413nm。结果表明,新型液体婴儿配方乳对免疫抑制小鼠有一定免疫增强作用。 

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the effect of new liquid infant milk on immunosuppressive mouse 's immunity function was determinated,Kunming mouses were intraperitoneally injected of cyclophosphamide and divided into 5 groups,each group included ten mouses.Mice were administered 0,1,2,4 g / kg·bw new liquid infant milk for 28 days,and immune organ dirty body ratio,stimulate cell index,antibody generation,rate of macrophage cell in abdominal cavity of mice,NK cell activity were investigated respectively.Compared with model control group,high,middle dose group could significantly increase( p < 0.05)stimulus index,rate of macrophage cell in abdominal cavity of mice,NK cell activity,each dose group could significantly increase( p < 0.05) liver and thymus index,the OD~(413nm)of antibody cell. New liquid infant formula milk had immunity function for immunosuppressive mice.
