分光光度法测定龟苓膏中总黄酮含量不确定度评定

Uncertainty evaluation for the determination of total flavonoids in guilinggao by spectrphotometry

  • 摘要: 对分光光度法测定龟苓膏中总黄酮的含量进行不确定度评定。依据CNAS-GL06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》和JJF 1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的规定和实验方法,建立数学模型,对检测过程中可能引入的不确定度因素包括标准溶液配制、样品处理、标准曲线拟合、样品重复测定和仪器进行分析和评定。结果表明,标准曲线拟合和标准溶液配制引起的不确定度是不确定度的主要来源。 

     

    Abstract: The uncertainties evaluation of total flavonoids content in guilinggao was determined by spectrphotometry. Based on CNAS- GL06 guidance on evaluation the uncertainty in chemical analysis and JJF 1059-2012 evaluation of the uncertainty of deterrmination and expressin and the test method,a mathematical model was established to analyze and evaluate the possible uncertainties such as stock solution,sample treatment,standard curve fitting,measurement repeatability and instrument in the determination.The results showed that the major factors of uncertainty were the standard curve fitting and preparation of standard solution.
