中草药型果蔬清洗剂去除果蔬农药残留的效果研究

Study on scavenging effect of pesticide residues on fruit and vegetable by traditional Chinese herbal fruit and vegetable detergent

  • 摘要: 为研究中草药型果蔬清洗剂去除果蔬农药残留的效果,依据GB/T 24691-2009,使用自来水、质量浓度0.2%的市售液体蔬果清洗剂、固体蔬果清洗剂和中草药型果蔬清洗剂清洗含有残杀威和氯氰菊酯的甜豆角后,再利用高效液相色谱法对甜豆角中的农药残留量进行检测,计算农药去除率。研究结果表明:自来水、市售液体蔬果清洗剂、市售固体蔬果清洗剂和中草药型果蔬清洗剂对残杀威的去除率分别为:27.2%、54.4%、77.0%和99.9%;对氯氰菊酯的去除率分别为:69.9%、88.8%、64.6%和94.2%。中药型果蔬清洗剂对残杀威和氯氰菊酯都有很好的去除效果。 

     

    Abstract: To study on scavenging effect on pesticide residues on fruit and vegetable by traditional Chinese herbal fruit and vegetable detergent,according to GB/T24691-2009,water,0.2% commercially available liquid fruit and vegetable detergent,solid fruit and vegetable detergent and traditional Chinese herbal fruit and vegetable detergent were used to wash sweet pea which contaminated by propoxur and cypermethrin.Residual quantity of pesticides was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and used to calculate pesticide removing rate.The results showed that the removing rates of propoxur by water,commercially available liquid fruit and vegetable detergent,solid fruit and vegetable detergent and traditional Chinese herbal fruit and vegetable detergent were 27.2%,54.4%,77.0% and 99.9%,respectively,the removing rates of cypermethrin were 69.9%,88.8%,64.6% and 94.2%,respectively. Traditional Chinese herbal fruit and vegetable detergent had best scavenging effect on both propoxur and cypermethrin.
