罗汉果皂甙粗提物的α-葡萄糖苷酶体外抑制活性研究

Inhibitory effect of mogrosides crude extract on α-glucosidase in vitro

  • 摘要: 目的:研究罗汉果皂甙粗提物对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制作用。方法:通过利用荧光光谱法和分光光度法探讨罗汉果皂甙粗提物体外抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶的效果。结果:罗汉果皂甙粗提物对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有一定的抑制作用,其IC50值为9.125 mg/m L。动力学分析及荧光光谱法分析表明,罗汉果皂甙粗提物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用为混合型抑制,对α-葡萄糖苷酶内源性荧光产生强烈的静态猝灭作用。结论:罗汉果皂甙粗提物对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有抑制作用,提示罗汉果在降血糖产品开发方面具有较好的应用前景。 

     

    Abstract: Objective: The inhibitory effect of mogrosides crude extract on the activity of α- glucosidase was studied.Methods: The fluorescence spectroscopy methods and spectrophotometry were used for analysis the inhibitory activity of mogrosides crude extract on α- glucosidase.Results: The mogrosides crude extract had inhibitory effect on α- glucosidase with 9.125 mg / m L IC50 value. The kinetic and fluorescence spectroscopy analysis showed that the inhibition effect of mogrosides crude extract on α- glucosidase belonged to mixed inhibition,which had strong static quenching effect on the intrinsic fluorescence of α- glucosidase. Conclusion: The mogrosides crude extract had inhibitory effect on the α- glucosidase activity,which indicated that mogrosides crude had good application prospects in antidiabetic product development.
