新型食品包装材料γ-聚谷氨酸的酯化改性及降解性能研究进展

Research progress of the esterification and degradability of γ-poly glutamic acid as a new kind of food packaging material

  • 摘要: 一次性非降解食品包装是包装工业的重要组成部分,它所带来的环境污染问题及食品安全问题已引起人们高度重视,研究与开发新的可生物降解食品包装材料已成为未来的发展趋势。本文综述了一种氨基酸类聚合物γ-聚谷氨酸的酯化改性技术及其研究的现状,提出了γ-聚谷氨酸酯生物降解性的评价方法,可供相关科研人员参考。 

     

    Abstract: Non-degradable disposable food packaging plastic is an important part of the packaging industry,and it caused the environment pollution and food safety problems which has attracted people's attentions. So research and development of new biodegradable food packaging materials has become the development trend in the future.Technology and research status of ester modification of γ-poly glutamic acid which is a kind of amino acid polymers was reviewed in this paper and the evaluation methods of biodegradability of γ-poly glutamic acid ester were proposed which provide references for the related researchers.
