不同LED光质对银耳生长发育的影响

Effect of different LED light qualities on growth and development of Tremella fuciformis

  • 摘要: 采用新型LED光源设置不同光质条件,动态观测银耳原基(Tremella fuciformis primordium,TFP)形成及子实体(Tremella fuciformis Berkeley,TFB)生长发育情况,研究光质对TFP形成时间、出耳率、总生物效益及TFB品质的影响,揭示光质作用于银耳的效应,为银耳工厂化栽培生产科学补光,提供可靠的理论依据。研究发现,在光源功率8 W、光照时间8 h/d的条件下,LED白光处理TFP形成早且出耳率较高(可达94.67%);TFB生长速度在白光光照条件下优于自然光、红、绿、黄等光质光照,且形成的子实体最大,在培养21 d后其子实体直径可达13.24 cm。不同光质对银耳产品品质的影响不同,白光处理后的银耳单耳质量最高;在自然光和白光处理条件下,银耳产品中多糖含量最高;黄光处理后的银耳蛋白质含量最高;黄光组的银耳灰分含量最高,但与自然光组、白光组和绿光组差异不显著(p>0.05);在自然光和白光处理条件下,产品的总生物效益最大。TFB生长发育最优光照条件为8W LED白光,每天光照4 h,光照强度713 lux,在此条件下,TFB的总生物效益为37.7%±1.04%,多糖含量为24.5%±1.75%。 

     

    Abstract: To study the effect and mechanism of the light quality acting on Tremella fuciformis,and provide a theoretical basis of Tremella fuciformis primordium( TFP) formation and for growth and development of Tremella fuciformis Berkeley( TFB),TFP formation time,the rate of turning into mushroom,total biological effect and product property of Tremella fuciformis under different light-emitting diode( LED) condition were investigated in this research,in order to offer the reliable theoretical foundation to the industrialization of Tremella fuciformis.The results showed that under the white LED treatment,TFP formed the earliest,the rate of turning into mushroom were better( up to 94.67%),which was in the light source powers of 8W and light illumination time of 8 h/d; TFB growth rate in the white light illumination conditions was better than the natural view,red,green,yellow and other different light qualities,and the TFB diameter was the largest,which was up to 13.24 cm after cultured 21 d.There were different effects on TFB product quality for different light qualities.The weight of single sample was the highest in the white light illumination conditions.The content of Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide was the highest in natural light and white light processing conditions. The content of Tremella fuciformis protein was the highest in yellow light. The content of ash was the highest in yellow light processing conditions but showed no significant difference with natural light,white light and green light( p > 0.05). The total biological effects were the highest in natural light and white light processing conditions.The optimal light conditions for TFB growth and development were 8 W LED white light,while the time of shining was 4 h every day and the intensity of illumination was 713 Lux. Under these conditions,the total biological efficiencies of TFB were 37.7% + 1.04%,and the contents of polysaccharide were24.5% + 1.75%.
