煤矿区产鱼腥草中重金属含量测定

Heavy metal determination of Houttuynia cordata Thunberg from coal mining fields

  • 摘要: 本文采用国标方法对煤矿区生长的鱼腥草可食部分进行重金属含量检测,以非矿区出产的鱼腥草作为对照。检测结果表明:在煤矿区鱼腥草植株可食部分中,镉、铬、镍、铝、汞五种元素的含量均高于来自非矿区的对照样品,其中矿区鱼腥草植株可食部分中的铅和铬含量超过国标限量。煤矿区生态环境对鱼腥草中重金属含量有负面影响,使得鱼腥草食用安全的风险增加。 

     

    Abstract: Heavy metal contents in edible part of Houttuynia cordata Thunb in coal mine area were detected by national standard method,with Houttuynia cordata Thunb samples in non-mining area used as control.The results showed that the content of Cd,Cr,Ni,Al and Hg in the edible part of the plant from coal mining fields were higher than that in control samples. The content of Pb and Cr in the edible parts of Houttuynia cordata Thunb in coal mining fields exceeded the national standard limit.The ecological environment in coal mining area had a negative effect on heavy metal content in Houttuynia cordata,which increased food safety risk of Houttuynia.
