藜麦种子皂苷不同提取方法的比较研究

Comparative studies on different extraction process of saponin from quinoa seeds

  • 摘要: 目的:比较藜麦种子皂苷的不同提取方法,确定最佳提取条件。方法:采用超声提取法、甲醇回流法和乙醇回流法三种不同方法,在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验确定最佳的提取温度、提取时间、提取液浓度和料液比。结果:藜麦种子皂苷提取的最佳方法为超声提取法,最佳提取条件为在60℃温度,90%乙醇浓度,1∶15 g/m L的料液比条件下提取1 h,在此条件下皂苷含量为5.06 mg/g。结论:超声提取法适宜提取藜麦种子皂苷,该研究可为藜麦种子皂苷的提取开发利用提供理论依据和技术参考。 

     

    Abstract: Objective: Through the comparison of different extraction conditions of saponin from quinoa seeds and select the best methods and optimal process. Methods: The effects of extraction temperature,time,extraction concentration and ratio of material to liquid on the content of saponin were investigated by orthogonal test based on the single factor experiments,and different methods including ultrasonic extraction method,methanol reflux method and ethanol reflux method were compared. Results: The optimum conditions were extraction time of 1 h,extraction temperature of 60 ℃,ethanol concentration of 90% and liquid of 1 ∶ 15( g ∶ m L).Under this condition,the content of saponin was 5.06 mg / g. Conclusion: Ultrasonic extraction method is the best one in saponin extraction from quinoa seeds.The study provided a scientific theory support and technical reference for the saponin extraction from quinoa seeds.
