不同pH对嗜酸乳杆菌分选酶相关基因表达及菌体黏附能力的影响

Influence of p H on expression of sortase related genes and adhesion ability of Lactobacillus acidophilus

  • 摘要: 为探究嗜酸乳杆菌在小肠中黏附调控机制,嗜酸乳杆菌黏附与细胞壁分选酶及其相关蛋白的基因表达之间的关系。实验构建体外模型研究了不同p H培养条件下嗜酸乳杆菌的黏附能力、测定了分选酶基因和分选酶相关蛋白基因相对表达差异。实验结果表明:在p H5.5~7.5培养条件下,随着p H升高嗜酸乳杆菌菌体黏附性显著增加,srt基因及其相关蛋白的基因表达量显著上调。研究结果为p H对嗜酸乳杆菌的黏附效应的影响机制提供了相关理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: To study the adhesion mechanism of Lactobacillus acidophilus in the gut and the relationship of between adhesion mechanism with sortase and sortase dependent proteins genes. In vitro,the adherence was evaluated.Meanwhile,the srt gene and related genes expression were determinate under different p H.The results showed that the gene expression levels of srt and related proteins increased significantly with the range of p H from 5.5 to 7.5.Also,the adhesiveness of Lactobacillus acidophilus was also enhanced.It revealed some mechanisms of adhesion ability in Lactobacillus acidophilus upon different p H values.
