永登枸杞鲜果晾晒过程中霉腐病原真菌的分离鉴定

Isolation and identification of the pathogen causing mildew rot of the Yongdeng barbary wolfberry in the air-drying process

  • 摘要: 以永登枸杞鲜果晾晒过程中产生的霉腐果为材料,分离、纯化、鉴定了导致霉腐病发生的病原真菌。结果表明,枸杞鲜果铺在晒床上2~4 d内出现霉腐病初期症状,发病部位常在果柄端或擦伤处。链格孢(Alternaria alternata)和戴尔凯氏有孢圆酵母(Torulaspora delbrueckii)是导致霉腐病发生的病原真菌。 

     

    Abstract: The pathogen,causing Yongdeng barbary wolfberry mildew rot in the air-drying process,was isolated from diseased fruits. The results showed that initial symptoms of the disease appeared when fruits was put on bamboo mat two or four days later.The main pathogenic sites was carpopodium sides or scratches.Based on the result of pathogenicity testing,Alternaria alternata and Torulaspora delbrueckii was the pathogen of Yongdeng barbary wolfberry mildew rot.
