刺五加水提取物的抗氧化活性研究

Antioxidant activity of water extraction from Acanthopanacis senticosus

  • 摘要: 采用热水浸提法对刺五加中水溶性成分进行提取,以浸提液对DPPH自由基的清除率为评价指标,研究了浸提温度、浸提时间、料液比、浸提次数对其抗氧化活性的影响,从而确定最佳提取条件。正交实验结果表明,在浸提温度为70℃、提取时间110 min、料液比1∶80(g/m L),提取次数为2次的条件下,浸提液对DPPH自由基的清除率可达69.14%。此外,将最佳条件下获得的刺五加水提取物的清除DPPH自由基、O2-·自由基和·OH自由基能力与维生素C进行对比分析。结果表明,浸提液对O2-·自由基的清除能力显著低于维生素C(p<0.05),其清除率为31.69%;而浸提液对超氧阴离子和羟自由基的清除率均显著高于维生素C(p<0.05),其中对羟自由基的清除率达到76.03%。 

     

    Abstract: Water soluble components of Acanthopanax senticosus were extracted by hot water,extraction liquid on DPPH free radical scavenging rate as evaluation index,the effect of the extraction temperature,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and extraction times on the antioxidant activity were studied to obtain the optimal extraction condition.Orthogonal test showed that the optimial conditions were reaction temperature of 70 ℃,extraction time of110 min,material liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 80( g / m L),twice extraction,and the removal rate was the DPPH free radical scavenging rate was 69.14%.In addition,DPPH,superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities of the extraction obtained under optimal extraction condition and vitamin C were analyzed. Results showed that superoxide anion radical scavenging activities of the extraction was lower than vitamin C( p < 0.05),and scavenging rate was 31.69%. However,DPPH and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities of the extraction were higher than vitamin C( p < 0.05),and hydroxyl radical scavenging rate was 76.03%.
