大孔树脂纯化辣根中烯丙基硫代葡萄糖苷的研究

  • 摘要: 本文针对大孔树脂纯化烯丙基硫代葡萄糖苷的方法进行了研究,首先在静态条件下筛选出了最佳树脂ZGD630,并应用其研究了提取液p H和洗脱剂对纯化效果的影响,确定了最佳吸附p H是6,最佳洗脱剂为0.5 mol/L Na Cl溶液;在动态条件下,考察了柱平衡试剂和柱尺寸对动态吸附量与动态解吸得率的影响,确定了纯水为平衡液,动态吸附量为2.057 mg·g-1,同时树脂柱尺寸变大时,动态吸附量会减小。建立了一种操作简便、有效纯化辣根中烯丙基硫代葡萄糖苷的方法,为其日后工业生产及降解产物异硫氰酸烯丙酯的研究奠定了基础。 

     

    Abstract: In this paper,purification of allyl glucosinolates from Horseradish by macroporous resin was studied.First,ZGD630 was screened out as the best resin under the static conditions.Effects of p H and eluent on the extraction were investigated.The results showed that optimal p H of extract was p H6,and the optimal eluent was 0.5 mol / L Na Cl solution.Subsequently,the dynamic adsorption capacity and dynamic desorption yield with the resin column were measured,and the reagent on equilibration and size of column under the dynamic condition were discussed.It was discovered that pure water was better on equilibration of column. Meanwhile,size of column got larger,the dynamic adsorption capacity decreased. A simple and effective purifying method of allyl glucosinolates was established and it laid the foundation for its industrial production and the research about allyl isothiocyanate of its degradation product.
