萝卜硫素制备及纯化工艺研究进展

Preparation and purification of sulforaphane- an overview

  • 摘要: 本论文主要对萝卜硫素的制备和纯化方法等方面进行了综述。主要采用的萝卜硫素制备方法有化学合成法、酶法、半合成法等,纯化方法主要有大孔树脂吸附法、硅胶柱色谱法、制备液相色谱法和高速逆流色谱法等。最后,论文对萝卜硫素制备及纯化等方面的研究前景做了探讨。 

     

    Abstract: In this review,different production and purification methods engaged in sulforaphane research were summarized and compared. The preparation methods for sulforaphane include chemical synthetic,semisynthetic and enzymatic methods,and purification methods include macroporous resin adsorption,silica gel column chromatography,preparative HPLC chromatography and high speed countercurrent chromatography. Then the prospect of sulforaphane preparation and purification were also discussed.
