ICP-MS测定北京地区主要水果和蔬菜中40种元素

Simultaneous determination of 40 elements in fruits and vegetables of Beijing market by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

  • 摘要: 本文建立了北京地区水果和蔬菜中40种元素的ICP-MS测定方法。利用微波消解对样品进行前处理,用ICP-MS对22种、共计114个水果和蔬菜样品中40种元素含量进行了准确测定,按照常量元素(K、P、Ca、Mg、Na和Fe)、微量元素(Zn、Sr、Rb、Mn、Ba、Cu、Ni、Mo、Cr、V、Co、Pb、As、Se、Cd、Tl、U和Ag)和稀土元素(La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、Sc和Y)三部分对测定结果进行了讨论,并对不同样品中的元素含量进行了对比分析,结果发现:蔬菜中各种元素的含量均高于水果中相应元素的含量,不同种类蔬菜中元素含量不同,元素含量顺序基本为绿叶类蔬菜>根茎类蔬菜>果菜类蔬菜。 

     

    Abstract: The determination of 40 elements in 22 kinds of fruit and vegetables from Beijing market was studied by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry using microwave digestion for sample preparation.Major elements( K,P,Ca,Mg,Na and Fe),minor elements( Zn,Sr,Rb,Mn,Ba Cu,Ni,Mo,Cr,V,Co,Pb,As,Se,Cd,Tl,U and Ag)and rare earth elements( La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu,Sc and Y) in 114 fruits and vegetables were analyzed and discussed,respectively.The results showed that concentrations of studied elements in vegetables were all higher than those in fruits. In addition,different kinds of vegetables were with various concentration levels,which conformed to the regularity decreased in the order leaf vegetables,root and tuber vegetables,and fruit- vegetables.
