食品工业中寨卡病毒的控制措施

Control measures of Zika virus in food industry

  • 摘要: 寨卡病毒属于黄热病毒,其主要的传播途径为蚊媒传播,目前该病毒在非洲、美洲以及东南亚地区爆发,目前我国也有输入性寨卡病毒感染的病例。为了防止寨卡病毒的进一步传播,本文对寨卡病毒的生物学特性、流行病学特点、临床诊断的方法以及在食品工业中的预防与控制方法进行了综述,旨在为保障国民的食品安全提供理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: Zika virus belongs to flaviviridae,the main route of way is mosquito- borne transmission.Zika virus breaks out in Africa,the Americas,Southeast Asia and other places. Now China has had imported zika virus infection cases.In order to prevent the spread of the Zika virus,in this paper,the biological characteristics,epidemiological characteristics,clinical diagnosis characteristics and the prevention and control measures of Zika virus in food industry were reviewed.The aim was to provide theoretical reference for the protection of national food safety.
