食品添加剂行业发展的政策环境研究

  • 摘要: 本文全面梳理了我国食品添加剂产品生产许可制度发展历程,详细介绍了食品添加剂标准体系现状,并在此基础上阐明食品添加剂行业所处的政策环境,进而探讨了这种政策环境现状对食品添加剂行业发展的影响,以期为食品添加剂行业发展和产品研发创新活动指明方向并提供政策参考。 

     

    Abstract: The development process of national licensingsystem for food additivesproductsin China was described in this paper.And the current situation of the standards system of food additives was discussed.Based on above,the policyenvironment of food additives industry and the effects on the industry of the policyenvironmentis were illuminated,in order to direct the development of the food additivesindustry and related products,as well as to provide some relative policyreferences.
