超声波-微波协同萃取水芹叶总黄酮类化合物工艺的研究

Study on ultrasonic and microwave- assisted extraction of flavonoids from Oenanthe Javanica leaves

  • 摘要: 本文研究了用超声波-微波协同萃取水芹叶总黄酮类化合物的工艺。考察乙醇体积分数、液料比、萃取功率和时间等因素对水芹叶总黄酮类化合物萃取得率的影响。在单因素实验的基础上利用Box-Behnken实验设计方法和响应曲面分析法,确定其较优萃取工艺条件。实验结果表明,当乙醇体积分数80%、液料比22∶1 m L/g、萃取功率563 W和萃取时间4.2 min时,水芹叶总黄酮类化合物萃取得率达44.7 mg/g。 

     

    Abstract: The technology of ultrasonic and microwave- assisted extraction of flavonoids from Oenanthe Javanica leaves was studied.The experiments investigated the effects of extraction,such as ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio,treatment power and extraction time.The experiments were optimized using a Box- Behnken method of test design and response surface methodology on the basis of the single factor experiment. Test results showed that when the ethanol concentration was 80% and liquid- solid ratio was 22 ∶ 1 m L / g,treatment power 563 W extraction and extraction time of 4.2 min,the extraction yield of flavonoids from Oenanthe Javanica leaves was up to 44.7 mg / g.
