植物功能性饮料的现状与发展趋势

Current situation and development trend of plant functional beverage

  • 摘要: 植物功能性饮料作为功能饮料的一种,越来越多的健康性能被发现。本文阐述了植物功能性饮料的定义,归纳了植物功能性饮料的种类,总结了发展现状并指出了发展中出现的突出问题,分析了植物功能性饮料的发展趋势,以期为植物功能性饮料的后续研究提供线索。 

     

    Abstract: Plant functional beverage is a kind of functional beverages. More and more healthy properties are discovered.The definition and main classifications of plant functional beverage were given and summarized in the present review. Current situation,prominent problems as well as developmental trend of plant functional beverage were also introduced,hoping to provide clues for further study.
