花色素及其花色苷单体抗肿瘤活性研究进展

Review on anti- tumor activity of anthocyanidin and anthocyanin monomers

  • 摘要: 花色素为自然界植物特有的水溶性色素,具有典型的B环邻二苯酚结构,易与不同的单糖、双糖、三糖及其修饰物结合形成花色苷,常作为天然食品添加剂。本文以6种常见的花色素单体及其糖配体花色苷单体为综述对象,对其抗肿瘤活性及其机制的国内外研究进展进行总结,以期能从物质成分上解释植物花色苷提取物的抗肿瘤活性,同时进一步展望其在抗肿瘤临床的潜在应用方向以及为后续研究其抗肿瘤活性提供方向性思路。 

     

    Abstract: As a kind of specific water- soluble pigments in nature,anthocyanidin has a typical B ring o- diphenol molecular structure and is easily combined with different kinds of monoses,disaccharides,trisaccharides to be anthocyanin.Anti- tumor activities and their molecular mechanisms of six common anthocyanidin monomers and their anthocyanin monomers were reviewed,in order to clearly explain the chemical mechanisms of anti- tumor activities of plant anthocyanin extracts from nature,and to be helpful in the potential clinical anti- tumor application and further fundamental anti- tumor activities researches.
