响应面法优化微波辅助提取翻白草中的三萜类物质

Microwave assisted extraction of total triterpenes in potentilla discolor by response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 利用响应面法对微波辅助提取翻白草中的总三萜工艺进行研究。在单因素实验的基础上,选取提取时间、液料比和提取功率作为考察因素,以总三萜提取得率作为评价指标,利用Box-Behnken中心组合方法设计三因素三水平响应面分析法,建立数学模型,从而确定最佳提取工艺为使用无水乙醇作为提取剂,液料比控制为20 m L/g,以381 W的微波功率提取116 s,此条件下,翻白草中总三萜的提取得率达到1.305%,与理论预测值(1.252%)基本相符。此方法具有提取时间短、控制方便、节能环保等优点,有望用于翻白草中三萜类物质的提取。 

     

    Abstract: Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of total triterpenes in potentilla discolor by microwave assisted extraction. Based on the results of the single factor experiments,the effects of three independent variables(extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and extraction power) on the triterpenes yield were investigated by a Box-Behnken experimental design of three factors and three levels. A quadratic polynomial regression equation of the forecasting model was set up. And the optimal extraction parameters to obtain the highest triterpenes yield were as follows:the ratio of liquid to solid was 20 m L/g with ethanol as solvent,microwave power was 381 W,and extraction time was 116 s. The average experimental triterpenes yield under the optimum conditions was found to be 1.305%,which agreed with the predicted value of 1.252%.This method was promising in the extraction of total triterpenes in potentilla discolor,which had advantages of less extraction time,convenient control,energy conservation and environmental protection
