一株产壳聚糖酶海洋真菌MF-08的分离鉴定及酶学性质研究

Isolation,identification and enzyme characteristics of the chitosanase producing marine fungal MF-08

  • 摘要: 从实验室保存的海洋产壳聚糖酶真菌中分离纯化出一株产壳聚糖酶活性较高的菌株,命名为MF-08。通过26S r DNA序列分析并结合形态学鉴定,将海洋真菌MF-08归为黄曲霉群。壳聚糖酶的最适作用温度为40℃;最适反应p H为5.2;酶活在p H4.06.0和小于40℃范围内相对稳定;Cu2+、Fe3+和Hg2+对壳聚糖酶活性有明显的抑制作用。 

     

    Abstract: Isolated and purified a high enzyme activity strain from the chitosanase producing Marine fungi which preservation in laboratory,it was named MF-08. Based on the 26 S r DNA sequence analysis and morphological properties,Marine fungi MF-08 was assessed to be Aspergillus flavus. The optimum temperature of chitosanase was 40 ℃,the optimum p H was 5.2,the chitosanase was stable below 40 ℃ and p H4.0~6.0,respectively. The enzyme activity was inhibited by Cu2+,Fe3+and Hg2+.
