响应面法优化超声波辅助提取蓝莓叶多酚

Optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction of polyphenols from blueberry leaves by response surface method

  • 摘要: 以蓝莓叶粉末为材料,以超声波辅助乙醇提取蓝莓叶多酚,研究超声时间、超声功率、乙醇浓度、料液比对蓝莓叶多酚得率的影响,并采用响应面法优化了超声波辅助乙醇提取蓝莓叶多酚的工艺条件。结果表明:超声时间10 min,超声功率546 W,乙醇浓度64%,料液比1∶22(g/m L),蓝莓叶多酚得率为8.54%。超声波辅助提取法操作简便、得率高,是适合蓝莓叶多酚提取的一种工艺方法。 

     

    Abstract: Polyphenols from blueberry leaves were extracted by ethanol and ultrasonic- assisted. The effects of ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power,ethanol concentration and ratio of solid- liquid on the extraction were studied.Extraction process of polyphenols from blueberry leaves was optimized by response surface method.The conditions of ultrasonic extraction were optimized by single factor and response surface method: ultrasound time 10 min,ultrasound power 546 W,the concentration of ethanol 64%,the solid- liquid ratio 1 ∶22( g / m L),the total polyphenols extacted in this condition was 8.54%.The ultrasonic assisted extraction is simple and high of extraction rate,so it is a suitable process for the extraction of polyphenols from blueberry leaves.
