模拟运输振动胁迫对赛买提杏果品质的影响

Effect of simulating transportation vibration stress on the quality of “Saimaiti” apricot fruits

  • 摘要: 以新疆赛买提杏为材料,模拟汽车运输过程,研究了不同振动时间和不同包装方式对杏果实运输过程中品质的影响。结果表明,运输过程中随着振动时间的延长,受振杏果实较对照果实呼吸速率呈显著上升趋势(p<0.05),膜透性、乙烯生成量、可溶性固形物和丙二醛含量呈极显著上升趋势(p<0.01);叶绿素含量呈显著下降趋势(p<0.05),抗坏血酸、有机酸含量和硬度呈极显著下降趋势(p<0.01)。网套包装较无网套包装杏果实呼吸速率、丙二醛含量上升较慢(p<0.05),膜透性、乙烯生成量和可溶性固形物含量上升显著缓慢(p<0.01),而抗坏血酸、叶绿素和有机酸含量和硬度则明显较后者高(p<0.05)。研究结果显示,振动结束时网套包装和无网套包装的杏果乙烯生成量比对照分别高37.5%和62.4%,无网套包装比网套包装的杏呼吸峰值高28.6%,说明网套包装能有效减轻运输过程中振动胁迫对杏果实品质的不良影响,能较好地保持杏果实品质。 

     

    Abstract: Xinjiang “Saimaiti” apricot was used as experimental material. The effect of the different vibration time and different packages on quality of apricots during the process of simulating transportation was studied. The result showed that respiratory rate of apricots vibration-stressed was increased more obviously than those of the contrast with the extension of vibration time(p <0.05),membrane permeability,ethylene production,total soluble solids and malondialdehyde were increased very significant(p<0.01),chlorophyll of the apricots was decreased more obviously than those of the contrast(p<0.05),VC,organic acid content and firmness of the apricots were decreased very significant(p<0.01). Respiratory rate,malondialdehyde of the apricot fruits with foam-net packages were increased more slowly than those of the no foam-net packages(p<0.05),membrane permeability,ethylene production and total soluble solids were increased very significant(p <0.01). But VC,chlorophyll,organic acid content and firmness of apricots with foam-net packages were kept at a higher level than that of the no foam-net packages(p<0.05). It was suggested that the ethylene production of the apricot fruits with foam-net packages and no foam-net packages were 37.5% and 62.4% higher than ck,the apricot fruits with no foam-net packages was 28.6% higher than that of the with foam-net packages. The bad effect of apricots with foam-net packages was reduced effectively and good quality of apricots under the same condition was maintained during the test of simulating transportation.
