柑橘果实防治慢性疾病及其活性评价方法研究进展

Advances in chronic diseases preventation and bioactive compounds evolution of citrus fruits

  • 摘要: 柑橘果实含丰富生物活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗癌、预防循环系统疾病、抗炎症、抗过敏以及抗菌等活性,其医药和保健功能受到关注,柑橘生物活性物质的功能评价成为热点问题。本文系统地回顾了近年来柑橘果实生物活性与疾病防治的有关研究报道,总结了柑橘果实主要的生物活性及其评价方法的研究现状,旨在为进一步开发利用我国丰富的柑橘资源提供新信息。 

     

    Abstract: The citrus bioactive compounds has been wildly concerned because of it 's function of medical and health care,such as antioxidant,anticancer,anti- cardiovascular disease,anti- inflammatory,anti- allergic and anti- microbial.The evolution of citrus bioactivity became a hot topic of the world.In this paper,the recent literature on the bioactivator and its role in chronic disease prevention and treatment were reviewed.The new advances made in the cure mechanism and related areas were summarized in an attempt to provide new information for future exploitation and utilization of rich citrus genetic resources in China.
