解淀粉芽孢杆菌胞外多糖发酵条件的优化

Optimization of fermentation conditions for production of exopolysaccharide by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens PB6

  • 摘要: 解淀粉芽孢杆菌PB6可以生产胞外多糖,通过单因素和响应面实验,对其进行发酵优化研究。实验结果表明,最优发酵培养基:蔗糖浓度400g/L、酵母粉2.5g/L、Na Cl 10g/L、p H7.0;发酵条件为:接种量4%、温度30℃、转速150r/min、发酵时间26h。在此条件下发酵的解淀粉芽孢杆菌胞外多糖的产量可高达104.37g/L。 

     

    Abstract: For the production of exopolysaccharide( EPS) from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens PB6,single- factor test and response surface methodology( RSM) were adopted to optimize the fermentation conditions. The results showed that the optimal medium components were consisted of 400 g / L sucrose,2.5g / L yeast extract and 10 g / L Na Cl at an initial p H of 7. The optimal fermentation conditions were 4% inoculum amount,culture temperature of30℃,shaking speed of 150 r / min and incubation time of 26 h.Under the optimized conditions,a maximum EPS yield of 104.37 / L was achieved.
