叶黄素分析检测方法的研究进展

Research progress on analytical method of lutein

  • 摘要: 叶黄素是一种无维生素A原活性的类胡萝卜素,属纯天然色素,是天然的食品色素和食品强化剂。本文对近年来国内外食品中叶黄素的定性定量检测方法进行了综述,介绍了不同分析方法各自的原理、特点及应用,并分析了目前叶黄素分析方法存在的问题及发展趋势,为今后的分析工作提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: Lutein was one of carotenoids without vitamin A activity. It was a pure natural pigment. Lutein was a natural food pigment and nutrition agent. This paper provided an overview of analytical methods about lutein,which introduced the principles,traits and applicability of these methods. The problems at present and the emphasis of analysis of lutein were put forward to give a light of the further work.
