我国功能食品创新发展趋势、重点及政策建议

The developments trends,key points and policy recommendations of functional foods innovation in China

  • 摘要: 亚健康和慢性疾病以及老龄化等已成为危害人体健康的主要因素,功能食品作为健康产业的重要组成部分,是有效预防亚健康和慢性疾病以及应对老龄化的营养干预手段。综述了我国功能食品的发展趋势和现状,把握我国功能食品的发展重点以及产业发展的政策建议。 

     

    Abstract: Sub-health,chronic diseases and aging have become main factors that endanger human health. As an important part of the health industry,health/Functional Foods were effective in preventing the sub-health,chronic diseases and aging through nutrition intervention. This paper reviewed the current status and developments trends of functional foods in China. The development priorities and reasonable policy recommendations of functional foods in China was also discussed.
