疏花水柏枝内生真菌对三峡地区柑橘致腐菌的拮抗作用研究
Antimicrobial effect of endophytes from Myricaria laxiflora on the fungus causing citrus rot in Three Gorges area

摘要: 从三峡地区自然腐烂的柑橘果实上分离出一株优势致腐菌,经r DNA-ITS序列分析,发现该菌最近源的属系镰刀菌属(Fusarium)和赤霉菌属(Gibberella)。同时采用了抑菌圈法分析了三峡地区本地物种疏花水柏枝(Myricaria laxiflora)内生真菌对柑橘致腐菌的拮抗作用,结果表明在12株高抗氧化活性的内生菌中,有6株内生真菌具有较好的拮抗效果,其中QY1显示出较好的抗氧化性和抑菌活性,对三峡地区柑橘的生物保鲜和防腐有着积极的作用。Abstract: A dominant fungus was isolated from completely rotten citrus in Three Gorges area. Based on r DNAInternal transcribed spacer(ITS) analysis,the closest homology of this strain were Fusarium and Gibberella.Meanwhile,the antimicrobial effect of 12 endophytes with high antioxidant capacity from locally Myricaria laxiflora plants was screened by inhibition zone method. Six endophytes showed obvious antimicrobial effect.Particularly,the strain QY1 exhibited the strongest antioxidant and antifungal activity,indicating that the endophytes from Myricaria laxiflora had a positive effect on biological preservation and anti-corrosion of the Three Gorges citrus.
