骆驼乳营养成分及生物活性研究进展

Advances in research of nutritive ingredients and bioactivities of camel milk

  • 摘要: 骆驼乳为荒漠和半荒漠地区的重要奶源之一,富含乳铁蛋白、氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、VC、VE、Mg等营养成分,近年研究发现它具有抗氧化、治疗糖尿病、免疫调节、保肝等多种生物活性。本文对不同来源的骆驼乳营养成分、生物活性及安全性研究概况进行综述,为进一步研究与开发骆驼乳提供一定参考。 

     

    Abstract: As one of important milk source in the desert or semi- desert areas, camel milk contain abundant lactofemin, amino acides, unsaturated fatty acid, VC, VE, Mg and other nutritive ingredients.Recent studies reveal that camel milk had anti- oxidant, anti- diaetic, immunoregulatory and hepatoprotective bioctavie effects. The nutritional ingredients of different kind camel milk, bioactivity and safety research were reviewed in this paper, aiming at providing basis for further development and utilization of camel milk.
