福建金线莲组培苗和移栽苗主要活性成分及抗氧化性的研究

Study on principal active component and antioxidant capacity between tissue culture and transplanting plantlet of Fujian Anoectochilus Roxburghii

  • 摘要: 本文测定了福建金线莲组培生根苗和移栽苗的60%乙醇提取物中总黄酮和糖类物质含量的差异,并比较了二者间抗氧化能力的差异,结果表明福建金线莲移栽苗和组培苗提取物中总黄酮含量分别为0.644mg/g·DW和0.277mg/g·DW,糖类物质含量分别为135.88mg/g·DW和152.43mg/g·DW;移栽金线莲苗提取物的总抗氧化能力、清除DPPH和超氧阴离子自由基能力显著优于组培瓶苗,但组培瓶苗清除羟自由基的能力比移栽苗强。研究结果为生产和加工企业选择更好品质的金线莲产品提供了参考。 

     

    Abstract: The content of total flavonoids, total sugar and antioxidant capacity were investigated between tissue culture plantlet and transplanting plantlet of Fujian Anoectochilus Roxburghii.The results showed the content of total flavonoids in transplanting plantlet and tissue cultured plantlet of A.Roxburghii were 0.644 mg / g · DW and0.277 mg / g·DW, and carbohydrate content of the former was 135.88 mg / g·DW, latter was 152.43 mg / g·DW, respectively. Total antioxidant activity, scavenging capacity of DPPH and superoxide anion free radical of transplanting plantlet of A.Roxburghii was stronger than tissue culture plantlet, but the latter possessed more significant scavenging capacity of hydroxyl redical. The results presented references for A.Roxburghii manufacturing and processing enterprise producing better quality products.
