白豆中提取的α-淀粉酶抑制剂调节高脂血症的研究

Study on hypeilipidemia- regulating effects of α-Amylase inhibitor extracted from white bean

  • 摘要: 研究了白豆中提取的α-淀粉酶抑制剂(简称α-AI)调节血脂及抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。建立高脂血症模型,再分别给小鼠灌α-AI低、中、高剂量(α-AI:50、100、150mg/kg)溶液,于第28d测定大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDLC、AI值及肝脏TC、TG含量和脂体比,同时观察其对大鼠肝脏病变的影响。结果表明α-AI能显著降低高脂血症大鼠的TC、TG、LDL-C及肝脏TC、TG含量,极显著降低大鼠动脉硬化指数(AI)、肝脏脂肪的含量和脂体比,同时增加高脂血症大鼠HDL-C水平,且并呈一定的剂量相关性,α-AI含量越高效果越明显。说明α-AI具有明显降血脂作用和预防高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化的生成。 

     

    Abstract: The hypeilipidemia- regulating and anti- atherosclerosis effects of α- amylase inhibitor ( α- AI) that purified from white bean was studied.Through the establishment of hyperlipidemia model, the TC, TG, HDL- C, LDL- C, AI values in rat serum and TC, TG levels in liver and body fat ratio of rat fed α- AI with low, medium and high dose ( α-AI: 50, 100, 150 mg /kg) were determined in the first 28 d, while the effect on liver lesions in rats was also examined.Results showed that the α- AI could significantly reduce the concentration of TC, TG, LDL- C in serum as well as TC, TG in liver and significantly reduced atherosclerosis index ( AI) , the concent of liver fat and body fat ratio, while increasing HDL- C levels in hyperlipidemic rats, which had a dose- dependent manner that the higher content of α- AI the effect was more obvious. The α- AI had significant lipid- lowering effect and prevention of hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis formation.
