大孔吸附树脂纯化胡芦巴中原薯蓣皂苷的研究

Purification technology of protodioscin from Trigonella foenum-graecum L. by macroporous resin

  • 摘要: 以原薯蓣皂苷的含量作为考察指标,优选性能最佳的大孔吸附树脂,确定大孔吸附树脂分离纯化葫芦巴中原薯蓣皂苷的最佳工艺参数。结果表明:HP-20型大孔吸附树脂具有对原薯蓣皂苷最佳的分离纯化性能,工艺参数为:树脂药材质量比为8∶1,上柱吸附体积流量为4BV/h,树脂柱径高比为1∶12;洗脱剂流速为10BV/h,洗脱剂为70%乙醇,洗脱剂用量定为3BV。该分离纯化工艺稳定、可靠,分离纯化效果良好,可为实际生产实践提供理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: To optimize the separation and purification technology of protodioscin from Trigonella foenum-graecum L. by macroporous resin, and explore the effective way of purification protodioscin. protodioscin content was used as the index to choose macroporous adsorption resin and determine the optimal process parameters.HP-20 macroporous adsorption resin had the best performance for separation and purification of protodioscin.The process parameter was:the ratio of the resin to crude drug was 8 ∶1, the flow speed for adsorption was4BV/h, the ratio of diameter to height was 1∶12, the flow speed was 10BV/h, the eluent was 70% ethanol, eluent dose at 3BV. The optimized extract craft is stable with good reproducibility, and could be used for practical production.
