HPLC法测定云南不同品种芒果中芒果苷的含量

Quantitative determination of mangiferin in Mangifera indica from different species in Yunnan province by HPLC

  • 摘要: 运用高效液相色谱法测定了云南16个不同品种的芒果的叶、果皮和果肉中芒果苷的含量。结果表明,在芒果叶中芒果苷含量最高,而芒果肉中芒果苷含量最少,并且在元江虎豹牙这一品种的芒果叶中芒果苷含量最高,为芒果苷的工业生产提供了科学依据。 

     

    Abstract: In the present study, the contents of mangiferin in mangifera indica leaves, mangifera indica peel and mangifera indica pulps with 16 different species in Yunnan province were determined by HPLC. The results indicated that mangifera indica leaf contained the highest amount of mangiferin, while mangifera indica pulps contained the lowest mangiferin. Meanwhile, the leaves of Yuanjiang Hubaoya contained the highest amount of mangiferin among these 16 different varieties. All these results provided scientific basis for the industrial production of mangiferin.
