不同方法对人参皂苷Re提取效果的影响

Effect of different kinds of conventional extraction methods on the contents of ginsenoside Re from Panax quinquefolium L. leaf

  • 摘要: 采用六种常规方法提取西洋参叶中皂苷,并结合HPLC-UV检测六种提取方法下所得人参皂苷Re的含量,考察不同提取方法下人参皂苷Re含量的差异,确定最佳西洋参叶中皂苷提取方法。结果表明:乙醚脱脂-甲醇超声提取西洋参叶总皂苷及人参皂苷Re含量最高,在乙腈-水梯度洗脱条件下,人参皂苷Re保留时间在15.2min,色谱峰分离效果好。 

     

    Abstract: In this experiment, six conventional methods were used to extract panax quinquefolium saponin from leaves, and HPLC-UV method was used to detect the content of six kinds of method for extracting monomer ginsenoside Re, to investigate the content of different extraction methods monomer ginsenoside Re, finally, to determine the bestextraction method. The results showed that:in the premise of ether degreasing, we used methanol ultrasonic to extract panax quinquefolium saponin from leaves, then got the highest content of the total saponins and ginsenoside Re. Results under the gradient elution condition between water and acetonitrile, the retention time of Re was 15.2min, and the chromatographic peak was clear and distinguished.
