分子印迹技术在恩诺沙星检测中的应用

Research progress in application of molecular imprinted technique in determination of enrofloxacin

  • 摘要: 恩诺沙星属喹诺酮类抗生素药物,常被应用在畜禽、水产养殖疾病的防治中,但是长期食用残留有该药物的食品会严重损害人体健康。分子印迹技术以其操作简单、性能优越等特征广泛应用在食品安全检测中。本文综述了国内外分子印迹技术在样品前处理、高效液相色谱及传感器等方面对恩诺沙星检测的最新应用研究进展,分析了该技术的应用前景及需要解决的问题。 

     

    Abstract: Enrofloxacin (ENR) is a kind of fluoroquinolones which is usually used in the livestock, poultry, and aquatic production to prevent and cure diseases. However ENR residues in food are definitely harmful to health. Molecular imprinted technique (MIT) is widely used in food safety detection because of its simple operation and superior performance. In this article, MIT applied in sample pretreatment techniques, HPLC, sensors, etc, to detect ENR was reviewed based on domestic and foreign bibliography, and the application prospect of MIT was also introduced.
