二色补血草根中几种金属元素含量分析

Determination of the content of mental elements in the root of Limonium Bicolor

  • 摘要: 采用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法对二色补血草根中K、Ca、Na、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu和Mn八种金属元素含量进行了分析测定。结果表明,各元素平均回收率(n=7)在89%96%之间能达到分析要求。八种金属元素在根中含量丰富,顺序为K>Na>Mg>Ca>Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn。对金属元素含量的测定有助于阐明二色补血草的药用机理。 

     

    Abstract: Eight mental elements, K, Ca, Na, Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu and Mn, in the root of Limonium Bicolor were determined by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) . The recoveries of detection were in the range of 89% 96%. It was indicated that the method had good precision and accuracy for analysis. The contents of these mental elements in the root of Limonium Bicolor were abundance. The order was K>Na>Mg> Ca >Fe >Zn >Cu >Mn. Determination of mental elements was helpful to clarify the medicine mechanism of Limonium Bicolor.
