纸质包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质向Tenax和奶粉的迁移

Migration of phthalate acid esters of paper-made food packaging into Tenax and milk powder

  • 摘要: 采用气相质谱联用对100、70与50℃条件下10种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质从微波纸和牛皮纸向脂肪类模拟物Tenax和奶粉中的迁移行为进行了研究。以温度、分子结构、纸张特性等为主要考虑因素,探究了邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的迁移行为。结果表明,邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的迁移行为受温度、时间、纸张特性、分子量等因素影响,一般随着温度的升高、纸张克重及厚度减小、分子量的降低,最大迁移率越高,但迁移率也受到分子结构及迁移底物的影响。 

     

    Abstract: Plastizer is a common harmful substance.Phthalic acid ester is one kind of plastizer which is used.Considering the factors that influence the migration behavior of pathalic acid esters from paper and board into Tenax and milk powder at different temperatures, for example 100, 70 and 50℃, 10 kinds of phthalate acid esters were tested by GC-MS.The results showed that the migration of phthalate acid esters was mainly effected by temperature, paper properties and molecular structure, etc.The higher temperature and lower gram weight and thickness could lead to speed up migration behavior.
