花椒籽油α-亚麻酸提取技术的研究进展

Research progress in extraction technology of α-Linolenic acid from Prickly ash seed oil

  • 摘要: α-亚麻酸(ALA)是n-3多不饱和脂肪酸中唯一的必需脂肪酸,具有益智、保护视力、降低胆固醇与血脂、预防心脑血管疾病、增强免疫力、抗炎、抑制癌症的发生及转移、抗氧化、延缓衰老及减肥等生理功能,在医药、保健品、食品等领域有着广阔应用前景。本文综述了目前花椒籽油α-亚麻酸提取技术的最新研究进展,总结了这些方法的原理、优点及研究现状,并在此基础上对其提取技术的前景进行了展望,以期为将来更加深入地研究和开发花椒籽提供一定的理论基础。 

     

    Abstract: α-Linolenic acid (ALA) is the only necessary fatty acid of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid. ALA showed various biological functions, such as improving memory, the protection of eyesight, lowering the cholesterol and serum lipids, protecting from atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases, enhancing immunity, anti-inflammation, antioxidant, anti-aging and helping to lose weight. At present, ALA have been widely applied to pharmaceutical, cosmeti and food industries. The latest research progress in extraction technology of ALA from Prickly ash seed oil home and abroad were reviewed in this paper. At the same time, their principles, advantages and the status quo were also summarized. The extraction technology prospect of ALA was proposed based on the above content. The result of this paper provided some theoretical basis for the further study and exploitation of Prickly ash seed.
