微波固相合成L-瓜氨酸锌螯合物的研究

Study on the synthesis of L-citrulline chelated zinc by microwave in solid state

  • 摘要: 以L-瓜氨酸和乙酸锌为原料,在固体状态下,通过微波辐射合成L-瓜氨酸锌螯合物。以螯合率为指标,运用单因素和正交实验对影响L-瓜氨酸锌螯合物的合成条件进行了研究,得出最佳反应条件为:碳酸钠添加量15%,微波辐射功率300W,微波辐射时间4min,水分添加量5%;在此工艺条件下,L-瓜氨酸锌螯合物的平均螯合率达到91.1%;红外光谱初步确证了化合物的螯合结构。 

     

    Abstract: The L-citrulline chelated zinc was synthesized with L-citrulline and zinc acetate as reactants in solid state by microwave. To determine the chelation ratio by single factor and orthogonal experiment, we get the best conditions of reaction:sodium carbonate 15%, microwave power 300W, microwave irradiation time 4min, water 5%. Under the optimal conditions, the average yield of L-citrulline chelated zinc was 91.1%. Meanwhile, the structure of the product was preliminarily confirmed by IR spectrometry.
